Refund Policy Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [support email] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name]Refund eligibility is based on time since purchase and course completion percentage as tracked by our system.
2. Tiered Refund Breakdown
Within 7 days - Less than 10% completed - 100% refund
Within 14 days - Less than 30% completed - 50% refund
After 14 days - OR More than 30% completed - No refund
3. Additional Refund Conditions
No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of course completion status.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
If you receive a refund, your access to the course and any bonuses, templates, or support materials will be immediately revoked.
Any attempts to manipulate course completion tracking to qualify for a refund will result in disqualification.
If the course was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, refunds will only apply to the standard price of the course and not additional bonuses received.
