Delete Your Account – Property Bot Toolkit

Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data for the Property Bot Toolkit app.

How to request deletion

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Account – Property Bot Toolkit.
From the email address associated with your account, include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address (if different)
- Optional: the reason you’re requesting deletion
We’ll acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.

Subscriptions: If you subscribed via Google Play, please cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store to stop future billing. Account deletion does not automatically cancel third‑party subscriptions.

Identity verification

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from your registered email or confirming limited account details). We do not require additional documents unless strictly necessary.

Data that will be deleted

Account profile (name, email, hashed login credentials)
App content you created or stored (saved searches, notes, checklists, generated reports)
App usage preferences and settings
Support tickets related exclusively to your account

Data we may retain

Payment and transaction records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations (retained for up to 6 years in the UK, then securely deleted)
Backup copies that are automatically overwritten on our normal backup cycle (typically within 30–60 days)
Aggregated, de‑identified analytics that can no longer be linked to you

What deletion means

You won’t be able to sign in, and your app data becomes permanently unrecoverable.
If you return in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.

Important: If you have active projects or shared documents, export anything you need before requesting deletion.
